It was 4 am and I had no expectations of anyone answering my call at this time. Luckily, Bill Giardelli at Lux picked up on the second ring and immediately sent a crew to my home before sunrise. The extent of the damage was greater than I could’ve imagined. There was mold above my ceiling and the whole thing needed to be torn down.
